Market Update
As we move into summer, Hamilton County’s housing market remains strong and more balanced. Home values are up about 2.4% year-over-year, with median sale prices rising nearly 2%. Inventory continues to improve, giving buyers more options, while demand remains healthy with homes going pending in just over a week on average.
For sellers, well-priced homes are still attracting strong interest — especially in Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, and Noblesville. For buyers, increased inventory is creating more opportunities and negotiating room, making this a healthy market for both sides.
